Hey TropicalCats -

I haven't used AnoBrite, but I've seen their booth at the Spring and Fall Fling mopar shows in Van Nuys, and I talked to them and saw some of their work on display; it looked pretty amazing.  They had 1930's Phord grilles with half restored and half original, to show how serious they can get.  They are probably newer to the game than some others, but it's a husband and wife team (I think) and they seemed really nice.

I plan on using them, mainly since they are in my area and I could hand-deliver all the parts to them, avoiding shipping hassles, but this won't be until spring or summer, when I disassemble the 'Cuda.

Out of the many places I have purchased my parts from they have to be the best.
They made my grille for me and it's absolutely awesome!

They had it on eBay I purchased it then found out it wasn't correct I emailed them to tell them it had the entire main grille piece black and needed the final 2 rib section parts to be left anodized. He said it was already sent but he'll make the correct piece send it at no extra charger. I sent back the incorrect piece which they paid for the return, he was very good and such a professional.

Photos of my grille (incorrect at that stage) but you can see the quality. :-)
They now make them 100% correct and have had many show car winnings from their customers cars.

DEFINITELY a trust worthy place to buy.

Cheers,
Carl

Thanks 4C......I was gutted when I purchased it, then posted and found the replies from the site saying....
"Looks great Carl, but it's..... not ......quoite correct" HUH!?!?!?!
Luckily the guy was super cool about it called some of his MoPar gurus and the fault was fixed. :-)

Just beautiful. Did they do the headlight bezels for you or did you buy them from them. I have the headlight bezels but it looks like someone took a hammer to them. They say they can restore them for less than I could buy. Under $500.00

Nope, I purchased EVERYTHING for the grill including the headlight bezels. :-)
They used an old one and restored it. I would have spent big $$$ and time trying to ship my one over then back again once restored.

They should have no worries fixing that.

I would have restored ours locally but we don't have any Anodizing company's in New Zealand and the cost of restoring one including time is greater than buying a professionally restored one. I'm now selling my original grille on a New Zealand online  auction site.

Cheers,
Carl

WOW!!! Sure looks like they do nice work. I will be sending my stuff in.
It a long trip for my parts but I have no one locally who can do the anodized parts and only one place that can do chrome and they could care less if they do it or not.( Bad attitude)

Definitely worth sending that's for sure, now that they do them 100% correct appearance as well.
Just so you know the old grille above (my original) I didn't send that over, I purchased one of their restored grilles.

I was just posting it to show my old condition one. I like you have no one in my area or New Zealand for that matter who anodizes.

Cheers,
Carl

ps: Be sure to post the grille once you get it back.

There was a small article in MCG this month saying that a company is going to reproduce the headlight bezels for 70 challengers, so you might was to hold off on getting those restored....

I do have the phone number for that guy and he is ready to go. A pair will cost about the same to restore $450.00 I would think if I can restore the originals it would be better.

Yip, even if they are rusty it's always good using the original pieces from your car. :-)
