Thanks guys,And thanks for fixing the pict.Neither one of those cars are very fast The Cuda runs low 7:20,s in the 1/8 and 11:40,s-11:50,s 1/4.
The Duster 7:50,s 1/8 12:00,s 1/4 Pretty much production parts except for cams, intakes, carbs and headers.Athough they would go faster streched out a little,We shift at 5500 R.P.M. they dont work too hard and last a little longer.the motor in the Cuda is 5 seasons old.And I'm afraid to guess how old the Dusters motor is.I have plans to build a liitle stronger motor in the near future.I already have the block & crank done.I want to use good lightweight pstons & rods to get up to about a 6500 R.P.M. range. The Cuda will certify for NHRA super gas.But it would take a lot of motor with aftermarket heads to get the heavy E-body in the 9:90 range.
I bought the Duster in 92,But didnt get serious about racing till 99.I bought the Cuda in 01 because kids starting taking cars away from me!
