Rev and I got a chance to visit with Oldschool today.  He showed us his new 700+ HP Hemi packed into his 69 Barracuda!  That is one awesome car!!.  Oldschool has been around Hemis and Mopars for a long time and knows his stuff. Here are some pics from this really nice fall day.

Red - have you guys reposted underhood pics of your car since our last meltdown? They were like a blueprint for the look I was after on my 72. If they are out there can you link me to them?

Thanks for the kind words everyone!  We had a great time meeting OldSchool and his amazing car.  The sound of that hemi just brings a smile to your face and mopar people are just terrific people, so it was great all around! I'm sure we'll be seeing plenty of each other in future.  Besides, we both have cars with "speed-bump intolerance"...so we got to watch out for each other!

Mike, I'll ask Red to get some more pics up for ya.

Wow does that look like fun!!   What a nice looking fall day too!  Actually the weather here in the north has been pretty good for what time of year it is!!  Both those cars together sure do make a pretty picture!!  Did you guys get a ride in that badass HEMI car??

I second Rev's thanks to you all.  It was nice to meet fellow Mopar folks. If you haven't seen their Chally, look em up in Carlisle and check it out.  It is beautiful. They have invested countless hours of sweat equity and it shows.  I look forward to seeing them in the future. They obviously go by the "Oldschool" saying---"the family that plays together--stays together".  As time passes, I look forward to meeting more of my fellow Mopar family......Oldschool

Very nice rides.  All I got to do today was strip paint off a house door.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Nope...I was going to ask until Oldschool told me there's no seatbelt in the passenger side yet.  I still have not ever driven in a real hemi car...(my truck doesn't count).
