1974 Dodge Challenger

Car is completely apart. Took it apart last October and body guy hasn’t touched it so I am considering selling. I have owned the car since 1985. It was repainted in 1989 after a minor accident. At that time a 70 front clip was put on and 70 rear side marker lights were put in.

I no longer have the 70 front clip. My plan was to put back to a 74 with a front clip that goes with the car. Car is extremely solid. Floor and trunk are original and rust free. Frame rails are completely solid. This car has not seen road salt and barely rain since ’85. There is mud in the rear quarters and rocker panels (beginning to bubble). I have new trunk extensions and 72-74 quarter skins. It has an R/T hood. This car ran and drove before I took it apart.

It comes with a 440 and a 727 automatic with 2800-3000 stall converter and 8 ¾ 4.89 gear, with posi. 440 is .030 over with stock heads and 292/509 lift cam.

Interior is black with 70 front bench seat and 70 rear seat. Dash pad is A/C and in excellent condition. New stainless exhaust with reproduction exhaust tips is also on car.

6,500.00

For more information and pictures email jhmoparguy@msn.com.

I am located in northern Illinois.

Thanks,

Jeff
