what are the side strobes?was that a 70 option?

Yes they were a 1970 option, available in black, white, chartruese or magenta. The Barracuda in the auction is not coded for them, in one of the earlier ebay adds the seller did say they were added.

Here are two photos of the magenta and chartruese stripes;

Nice,so what Ya'al think.My GC is EF8 Ivy green metalic(When its done)white vinyl top and white leather interior.I had purchased white 383 hockey stripe(I know the car didnt come with them,but they are cool)or would the side strobes look better in white as well?

I like the strobes better than the hockey stripe, but I am partial to the billboards on my GC.

I guess it at least has GC door panels and roof console!

Talk about wrong trim parts though!! mirrors, turn signal indicators on fenders.....

This car is definitely a hodge podge of parts. Looks like it was restored by a chevy guy. I contacted the dealer about the vin discrepancy. Let's see if they reply. Hate to see someone buying a car that's not what it's supposed to be. I think the bidding could be a little bogus, but the price really isn't out of line. I have a 70 GC and I wouldn't take less than 30k for it completed. I've been offered 30k for my wife's 73 twice since it was finished. Talk about a hodge podge of parts...my wife's car covers all five years of cudas I think, but on purpose.
