71 cuda race monster back to stock!
« on: November 09, 2005 - 10:19:33 AM »
The Mopar Action Feb 06 article states that Dan Dye has sold his King of the Street 71 cuda.....and plans on building a Tube-frame Pro Mod 71 hemicuda, curious yellow, carbon fiber body, Jan Cen - motor.....can't wait to see that car.

Furthermore, the car was a Promotional car...and the new owner is going to take the car back to stock form.

I will miss watching this cuda run....Dan built a really cool monster IMO.

This 7 second monster is going back to Stock!

That car does look awesome the way it sits....It's hard to believe the new owner will actually redo such an awesome car.

I like the setup as well....but being a 1 of 7 promo car......rare rare rare.

I'm curious to see the resto process of such a modified car back to stock.

Looks like a few changes would turn this 1/4 mile killer into an awesome Pro-Streeter.  It is a beautiful car.  Looks like everything but the roof and quarters will have to be replaced inside and out to go back stock. At least it isn't headed for the junkyard.  I would like to see this project as it progresses..........Oldschool
