    Prefer 70 or 71 Cuda ragtops?

    Here's a poll for ya...

    Do you prefer the 1970 or 1971 Cuda convertibles?  Hockey sticks or billboards?  Is it the 70 or 71 grille that lights your fire?  Which is cooler, first year or last year?

    I like the 70, it has a cleaner apperance. I'm not a fan of billboards, and I don't like the tail lights on the car. They look too plain. If I had a chance to buy one, you beat your ass.

    I'd have to say although I enjoy 1970 models for all E-Bodies, a 1971 ragtop 'Cuda is still awesome.
    The only rag top I'd consider would be a 71 'Cuda.

    Where's the Challenger's????? lol

    While i love them both, i think the 71 is a little over the top. But I'd like to have one of each please!

    I would go with the 70. The hockey stick has it all over the billboard. The tail lights are kooler and the grille looks like it would suck you in and spit you out he back pipes.. Never a fan of the 71 grille. Now I'm not saying I wouldn't take a 71 and actually they are bringing more money than the 70's.
    but personally I like the 70 better.

    The 70 is the only one I would go for.  70 has been my favorite since they came out and always be that way.  Each to there own but mopars in 1970 were the very best of all.

    Am I biased? YES! I like the 70's looks better, and I think most billboards are a little much (although some of the white ones can look good on dark paint, like the nice clone in the picture- not my car). And considering that 71's are usually more expensive, it's a NO BRAINER!

    True, but a 70 model would have to pass them so all they'd see is the rear end and not the grille or side. lol
    Better engine's in 1970 as well.......a 1971 440-6bbl was only 5hp more they a 1970 440 Magnum.
