I took my car down to a local cruise night last night. It was absolutely packed with a following of all the heavy hitters there; GM, Ford, Chrysler, and street rods. The local Mopar club was there which allowed me to meet a few of them. They were really impressed with the car which made me happy. It really is starting to grow on me. At the end of the night, awards were given out. There is only one award given out to eaach decade; 40's, 50's, 60's, etc. I was floored when my name was called! The judges chose my car over some very nice GTO's, 442's, Corvette's etc. My jaw dropped and my kids and I just stared at each other. That's a really hard show to win anything because they always draw about 200 cars or more. I just thought I'd share that with you guys. I'm still in shock.
