Its SNOWING!
« on: November 15, 2005 - 09:02:09 AM »
Well...I knew the warm weather was going to quit sometime but going from 70 degrees one day to 3 inches of snow overnight?  That is uncalled for! Have to put the Fish to bed for the winter I guess.  Bring out the snowmobile!!

Snow is still not in the forecast for us Ga. folks.  Some years it only snows once or twice. What to do with the Oldschool beast when that happens?---Hmmmmmm--I wonder if Hoosier makes snow tires?---lol..................Oldschool

Mopar_Guy,

I am in the middle of selling and buying.  As of today, I have a 92 Ski-doo mach 1 (just blew up)(maybe sold), 83 Polaris Indy X-country, 78 & 81 Kawasaki 440's (sold) , 84 Yamaha Excell III 340 (sold)  and a 68 Ski-doo Alpine.  Looking to get a newer Ski-doo mach or summit......depending on the cash flow and finding one that I like.  I am tired of fixing up the old ones so my friends can break them.  I have a great time but it gets expensive.

My 92 mach 1 was an excellent sled.  I bought it in 98 and rode the crap out of it.  It was ported, polished, shaved and all sorts of other stuff and I never had to do anything to it.  It would do a ski-stand until around 70 mph.  It was a 617 but I kept right with my buddy in his 670.  I even beat him off the line every time.  It was a great sled.  When we went out to wyoming, It wasn't running right and of course my motor locked up when I was in the middle of a hill climb.  That wasn't very fun.  Do you have any?

hey Oldschool

I'm coming down to Ga on business W-F your suppose to have nice weather when them Yankees come down.

Wednesday-Thursday-Friday of this week?  The weather is supposed to be stormy late Tuesday and into Wednesday. After that it is supposed to clear off and turn colder. After Wed, I heard that the highs are going to be the upper 50's-lower 60"--lows around 30 for a few nights.  What do you do that is bringing you to Ga?  If you get any free time, PM me and we might meet up and let you check out the '69 Hemi beast.................Oldschool
