Anyone have the overall height dimensions of the Mopar cast air cleaner P5249807? I'm thinking of getting one, as I've recently installed a 440 in my '74 Cuda and the current open air cleaner is now too tall and won't let the power bulge hood fully shut.

Any suggestions on what other type of air cleaner would work?

Rev or Redline should be able to tell you. I am about to buy the same air cleaner. The cheapest price I have found so far is $65 + ship at Moparts Connection
72' Cuda restomod

Ok just measured it....from the lowest point(where the carb and air cleaner meet) to the highest point(the top of the wingnut) you're looking at roughly 3.5 inches. I have plenty of hood clearence on my 383 with a torker intake.....

Thanks Killer_Mopar for the measurement.  I just don't know if that will still give me enough clearance or not :(  Mine measures right now 3 7/8 to the top of the wingnut.

Any other suggestions from you folks out there with 440's and a 4bbl in a E-body Cuda on what you're using for an air cleaner?
