Any chance that a 1970 440-six pack challenger came stock with a chrome timing cover?

yeah, i think all big blocks are the same....and you could just remove yours, rough up the chrome finish so it will hold paint, prime and paint it.

Wouldn't be hard to find one. make sure the timing marks are on the correct side though.

They're about as good as chrome oil pans and chrome thermostat housings!
