FREE in DFW: 318 engine and 904 transmission

1968 318 2 barrel V8 and Torqueflite 904 automatic transmission out of a 1968 Dodge Coronet (B-Body, same chassis as Charger, Road Runner, GTX, Satellite..)

Motor is in NON-RUNNING condition; broken connectiong rod and the resulting damage to oil pan and crankcase. Motor is in complete/original condition, all manifolds and points type distributor included. Great "A" block (273/318/340/360) parts engine.

904 transmission was operating well when last driven (ie when the rod puked!). Still attached to the engine.

Complete engine and trans package together for the total cost it will take you to get to the storage building in the Watauga area and pick it up! There is an engine hoist on site.

Taker assumes all responsibility for possible property/truck/trailer/people damage that are a consequence of gearhead antics around big pieces of metal. Good trailer, a buddy (no, not him, the smart guy), and holding off on the cold ones until it's an official lawn ornament are reccomended!
