    Hey, Thanks blackcuda...

    Those look like the wheels on my 66 coronet... Coys C5's??????

    I like the looks of them on the black car but my cuda is sassy grass... I swapped wheels a while back but I thought they looked too flashy with the green.

    Geeeez... 20" tires on the back... As fast as I go through rear tires, I'd need a 2nd job to pay for them :)

    My current setup (71 HemiCuda)...17" Coddington Smoothie II's...285/40ZR17 BFG on back...no suspension changes...have about 3/8" between tires and well lip.  Going to jump up to 18 infront and 20 in back (thx to help from Bamakx) before spiring.

    70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

    Gcone, I love your wheels and tires! Since your changing them, would you like to sell them? I'm interested.
    If not, could you give me the sizes and backspace of the front and rear wheels, also the tire size in the front.

    Thx for the compliments...that's what I like mostly about this site: everyone has different taste, but seem to respect others opinions!

    The rims are Coddington Smoothie II's.  Front is 17x8 and back is 17x10...both have the std. 4.5"bs.  Tires are BFG-gForce TA-KD's. Front are 245/45-17 and rear are 275/40-17.  They fit with absolutely no problem at all.

    Blackcuda...ironically, I may be selling them.  I hope I am not going way off topic here-I have would like everyone's opinion on this:  The pictures below are of my lastest purchase/challenge.  It is a 71 Demon I cobbed off of eBay.  I have upgraded it from the pukey 14x4 to 4.5" hubs.  The first is with the stock ralley's I had origionally on the Cuda...285/60-15 on the back.  The second is with the above mentioned 17" Smoothie's.  My 15yr old self-proclaimed style expert says the 17" low-pro's make the Demon look wimpy, vs. the beef of the 285/60-15.  WIthout lowering the car what do you think?  Go with the 17" (save the money 'cuz the 18&20's to go on the Cuda will cost a fortune) or leave the 17's on the Cuda and put new 16 or 17" Cragar S/S with 285/60's?
