This month features a fantastic 1970 barracuda gran coupe! It was originally a 6 cylinder gentlemen hot rod but now has a 340 with Edelbrock carb & manifold plus Hedman Headers. It sports a column shifted 904 and painted a awesome shade of purple with white accents! Let’s go cruizin!

This member bought this fantastic e-body in 2010 from a guy in California and shipped it to its new home in Kentucky. It was originally 383 but now sports a 440 – 4 speed! Additional options include shaker hood, vinyl top, road lamps and hockey stick stripping! Clearly this car would look great in anyone’s driveway or garage!

He is 61 years old but feels 16 again while crusin’ down the road in this awesome ‘Cuda.

Here is a 1970 RT/SE featured in dark burnt orange metallic and sports a black viny top with cloth dark burnt orange interior. It is equipped with a 383-4bbl Magnum, 727 torqueflite and posi-traction rear end. Other options are factory air (works) and power windows. This is sheer driving pleasure! This member calls this awesome ride "Dragens Ild" (Norse for "Dragon's Fire). One very cool car!

This is a very nice, fully restored real 1972 340 4-speed Cuda! It has a non-matching 1971 340 engine with a real 340 sixpac setup from an AAR Cuda and the intake and air cleaner are original. The car has new quarters, paint, seat covers, carpeting, headliner etc. The dash is perfect with no cracks. The frame rails, floors, trunk pan are all excellent. It has new tires on painted 15" wheels. The car runs beautiful and can be driven anywhere. It is not a super show car, but would make a great car for any collection.

Here we have a hot BS27H0B 1970 Cuda 340 4 speed convertible! This member bought this car as a basket case in 1987 and fixed as much as he could afford in 1988 . . . Body/Paint, Carpet, Upholstery . . . then dropped in a mild 340 in that he already had. Fast forward to 2013 and it was time to do it again but better. He rebuilt the 340 into a 418 Stroker [480 HP & 511 Torque] and did a full repaint. I would say Life is good for him! He did indicate that he is still not done though . . . .  Are we ever?

This member just recently picked up a 1973 'Cuda 340 (BS23H) from Westchester NY. It has a numbers matching drive train, with a 4 speed pistol grip. It was originally red, now black with black interior no console car. It has a mild cam, and 355's in the rear. This is one very cool car that will certainly turn heads where ever it goes!

This member has owned the AAR Cuda’ since about 1985 . . . found it in the local paper which he then purchased. It was Dark Ivy Green and in need of a repaint, He choose to go with Moulan Rouge, but then his son was not happy with a “pink” car. When he entered it in the first car show . . . . it won 1st place! He looked at his son wearing his Sh!t eating grin and told him to go get the trophy for “HIS” pink car. What a girl catcher car it was for him! And many trophy's over the years! Certainly a fine example of cuda’ perfection!

This car was purchased off the local dealership in San Jose in 1972 by Topcat's Mom & Dad.  In 1978, it was given to him as a graduation present and he's owned it ever since. In the eighties, it was transformed from a 318 into a 340 4 speed. Today it has a stroked, solid cam 485 ci Hemi. A full rotisserie restoration was done in his backyard doing most of the work himself. Plans are to add billboards and a few other upgrades.Topcat enjoys taking her out on week-ends on open roads away from the slower city traffic and let that Elephant breathe like it was meant to!

This great Challenger was bought in 2012 after serving 2 years as a Chrysler Manufactures Vehicle and is assumed that it was used for promotions and shows. This member always loved the new Challenger when it was released and blue certainly jumped out at her. It is pretty much stock except for the flowmasters and tinted windows! It gets a ton of attention everywhere it goes! Mileage just hit the 100K milestone and it still runs and looks GREAT!

This month we have a 1970 Hemi ‘Cuda’' clone with new Challenger shaker stripes! This Barracuda was originally rallye red with a black interior and this member reversed the color scheme! He also went with some custom stripes to set it apart from the others . . . . WOW! It came with a 225 slant six and auto transmission from the factory and now sports a 426 hemi backed by a Passon 4 speed overdrive and a 4:10 Dana rear end! It definitely really moves! It took this member almost 10 years to restore and what an awesome finished product!

This project is a 1970 340 Challenger Convertible! The car has been owned since 1980 but has been in storage since 1984! It was was removed from storage this past August. It is a 340, automatic, PS, PDB, car with factory 3:55 rear. The car is Y-1 yellow with the optional rallye dash and power top. This member is finally staring to work on the car and is in the process of rebuilding and or repairing mechanicals and bodywork as needed. It was an early build car (October 6, 1969) and is mostly original down right down to the air cleaner. It is being prepared as one sweet driver!
