It's on PC. You can tweak your own car providing you have the right tools. Right now on the Charger I'm using some sound files from the movie "Bullit" for the Charger. In addition, they haven't made a Challenger yet. There was a 70 Cuda made a while back but, it doesn't work with the newer version unless I figure out how to get it to work. Also, the sim is still under going development. It has been in development for the past 3 years and it keeps getting better realism wise. To me this is the best one I have played in a long time out of any driving or racing game.
GTA SA and GTA Vice City is fun and you would buy that one because there is a a lot of Mopars you can download. Here's a couple of links for GTA SA and VC:

www.gta3.net

Here's one to racer:  www.racer-xtreme.com

That's where I've got majority of the cars. I love the dash board views and the fact you can tweak your cars performance including the tires but, you have to understand the physics behind it.

http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/driving/midnightclub3dubedition/index.html

Midnight Club 3 is okay from what I hear.

http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/driving/testdriveunlimited/screenindex.html

Test Drive Unlimited might be okay.

GT Legends has some older cars in it but, no Mopars:

Then GTA SA has a car that looks like a car that looks like either a 5th Ave or Diplomat. That's all I can up with besides Gran Turismo and Driv3r which has a car that resembles a Challenger.

Thanks NZ. How are the engine sounds with the Forza. I know most games make them sound like a lawnmower.

These are pretty good and the best part is unlike Gran-Turismo this game lets you do burnouts with decent smoke, drifting is easy to.
My favorite muscle car game by quite some way, like GT you can change everything......graphics are awesome to!

My only problem is the Challenger is given a vinyl roof and you have no option to remove  it.
Otherwise I could have my exact car to drive around. :-(

Thanks for the links, yeah, I've seen them, too ricey for me. Wonder if we'll see a Muscle car based car line up game?

I just purchased a NTSC American PS2 from Mums friend in the US.
Now I've got NHRA drag racing games that no one can buy down here!!

Cheers,

Actually there used to be a Musclecar game back in the day. It was for PC only but, it was Motorcity Online. You basically started out with a junker and made your way up to the top with street racing, drag racing, and some other things. It was a pretty cool game until they took the servers offline because you could only play it online only for $10 a month I believe. It was costing them too much and now most of us long for a game like that back again.
Also, another cool PC game is an older game called Carmageddon 2. You can download a lot of cool muscle for that game. Physics are decent and you can damage your car and even blow it up in half. I usually don't use the muscle cars so I either drive a Ford Crown Vic to mash all to pieces or drive an old beat up K car lol. Here's the link if you want to check it out.

Did anyone else notice that in GT2 they had a '72 'cuda labeled as a '70 and a '70 challenger labeled as a '72, which probibly explains why niether of them have HEMIs (all the other old mopars do) and the 'cuda costs twice as much as the chally.

Also on GT4, a friend and I were racing, he was in the '69 charger R/T and I was in the '71 cuda 440+6 and he out-accellerated me.

Well that's GT4. I'm kind of still disappointed in the series. They should release a version for the PC as that would be awesome and they would sell like hotcakes.
