Hey guys...Ross isn't going anywhere! He most definately is still the boss.  I'm just his administrative assistant...helping him get some things done he's been trying to get done for a long time.  He may have granted me the same "power", but he is still running the show and will be making all major decisions.  I fully understand the amount of trust that went into his decision and will never over step my bounds.  This has been his baby from conception;  he has run the whole thing, paid for the whole thing, and designed the whole thing.  Hopefully this will give him a little more breathing room.

Thank you again for all your compliments....they really warmed my heart!

Congratulation Rev!  The decision to "hire" you as the official helper was not done without careful consideration.  You have demonstrated the trust and ability to do the job well.  You should be proud, we are proud for you....................Oldschool
