Hi Rudy..
I can take some pics of anything in the interior that you'd like to see. My car was restored in 1991, so the only way to get decent door, A pillar and seat back panels was to find good black ones and dye them. The guys that did the resto on this car used a special paint for plastic and vinyl and had it color matched to some of the original B5 interior parts..
I might still have the can....I'll take a look.
I didn't like the looks of the repro headliners back then, so I found some NOS headliner material and had one made. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the correct B5 color, but I did find some B7. No one but me has ever noticed it, and it will do until a decent alternative comes along.
Luckily, my car has no console to deal with.
Did you use the new repro door panels? How do they look? Were your seat backs ok?
It wasn't my car in the magazine, as far as I know. I don't take this one to very many shows. I've had it at the Nats twice...both times when it was at Indy. It was in the special display building T at Carlisle in 1995, and of course, this year in the field with the others at the AAR/TA reunion.

yeah its bright blue interior!! I love that about the car, all you realy see is black usualy.... I dont suppose you have any pics of your interior handy do ya? I walked around the Nats two years ago, and all I wanted to see was 1970 blue Cuda interior, and found nothing!! I wanted some reference shots... what type of paint did you use for the dash corners, and trim etc.? I picked up a beautiful restored B5 4 speed console, but still need to work on the rest of the interior....I have all new blue door panels, dash pad, carpet etc already..... also was your car recently in a magazine?? there was a blue on blue AAR, I still have the issiue somewhere...it was this year I think....!!
