Has there been a definate price determined yet? I know Rev. previously quoted a prelininary price of $15.00 (US) per calendar, but I don't remember if shipping was considered in that figure. Remember, there will be the shipment cost from 6pkrunner to Rev. and individual postage/shipping from Rev to each who purchase calendars. And of course we will need to contact her via pm for her mailing address for our order. This is another bunch of work for Rev.and Red, and around the holidays too! THANK YOU !
