I've been thinking about buying several calendars and selling some at work. If there is any profit to be made, is there like a C-C .com charity out there? Being a late arrival here, I thought I would ask......................Oldschool

Good question.  Your a good man for thinking of others.  Same question, too.

Also how much will these be and when, do you think they'll be out?

This is such a cool idea for a calendar!

Since 6pkrunner is in Halifax and shipping each one would be very expensive, I'm going to purchase a block of them and add on a little for shipping them to you.  The final cost for the calendars will be around $15 each.  We don't have a c-c.com charity.  We've raised money only once to get a very important someone to Carlisle.

Thanks Rev It Up.

Sure.  I could go through and put in a bunch of 'yeah, me too' type of comments but it would Just not fair to others.  25 posts in 2 days would be just filling up the forum with a bunch of comments that would not be well thought out or deserving of the quality you guys are trying to maintain here.

Probably too late now and I don`t mean to exclude anyone but it should have been you needed to already have 50 posts to be eligible.

So...I'm confused.  Or at least I need some clarification.

Believe Revitup said I was just 25 short and I should go for it.  So...I've been working at coming up with decent posts without filling up the forum with a bunch of junk.

Am I to understand now that the rules either changed or were erroneously posted?

If any of us short of 50 make it by Wednesday that doesn't matter....it had to be 50 at the time the contest was posted?  Just going for a clarification before I make any additional effort.

When I recieve a submission, I go and check to be sure the participant has 50 posts.  The rules haven't changed.  In reality, there would be no way to know how many posts someone had at the time the calendar contest started. The count is always moving as you post.  So....the rule is when you submit, I check.  If you have at least 50 and a picture that meets the size requirements....you're in.

Keep on posting sbird.  You haven't made one bad post yet.

Got it Rev It Up.

Now...this is one brilliant post.  I'm sure I've captured everyone's attention with my insight into matters of importance.

Actually....

As i write this I'mon the phone with the model that is in the shots I just posted in the Babe's section.  She is telling me about a "Wet Wrestling" event she is going to be in next week in Philly.   She has this very young, almost childlike voice and she's talking about wrestling.  Bizarre.

Anyone in the Philly area want Tara to pose 'wet' on your car next Friday?  I'll be doing a shoot with her and you can drive by and I'll plop her down on your car.  True, it won't be in time for the 2006 calender....but think of all the stories you could tell.

I would almost be willing to drive from Nebraska to Philly, just for that.
