OK- knocking the bugs down - one by one.
The current one on my plate is that:
When a user with Norton Internet Security 2002/2003/2004 accesses any website which contains certain patterns of JavaScript code and the user's
Ad Blocking Feature is Enabled in NIS 2002/2003/2004,
Norton automatically adds a snippet of code immediately before the first instance of a Javascript <SCRIPT> tag. Norton does this to every web page that the user's web browser displays. A portion of this code snippet looks like this:
function SymError()
{
return true;
}
window.onerror = SymError;
The "Sym" in SymError is for Symantec, the maker of Norton. This code basically deactivates the Chat Room Applet because it thinks its a Ad PopUp. So Im working on a solution to that.
