repop 70 chally headlight bezels
« on: December 04, 2005 - 09:00:13 PM »
Has anyone here tried them yet? If so how are they for fit and finish? Are they worth the money? I didn't find anything using the site search engine so I figured I ask here.

I just noticed that this topic never got any replies. So, same question as before with the hope that at someone has tried them by now.

Has anyone tried them yet? Are they worth getting for a nice driver? Is the company easy to deal with?

I'll add the link as soon as I can find it.

I should be getting my bezels back from restoration next week. I can post pics of how they turned out... get some used ones and restore them!

I got my entire front grille from www.anobrite.com They do everything. They can restore your old ones or you can buy some restored ones. A little pricey but their work is top shelf show class. You get what you pay for..........

Those look very nice NZ.  :2thumbs:

How much does a restoration like that cost for both sides? If it's more then the cost of a set of repops, it may be a tough call which way I'd go with it.

My bezels are just barely driver quality. They have a few of the average dings around the front perimiter edge and both sides have small splits where they were slightly damaged by a bumper hitting them. I could straighten them up fairly close myself but I have absolutely no idea how to weld aluminum.  :clueless:

I am paying MUCH less than it would cost for a set of repops ... and mine were about driver quality too. I also sent him my hood and trunk (All 3 pieces) trim... I will wait to give out the name because I haven't gotten my stuff back yet. I would like to see how they turned out before I recommend anyone.

 I can't wait to get them back.
