    This is for all you RC nuts (like me :biggrin:).   
    This is in the new RC Car Action for new products to look for in 2006.  They list it as a Hemi Cuda, but we know different.
    I found a little more info on their website:  http://www.hpiracing.com   Looks like the Camaro is available now and I would assume that all the specifications are the same for the Mustang and Cuda. (i.e. for use on 200mm chassis, add the vintage wheels and vintage tires with the correct offset)

    (Forgive me for the bad photo.)

    WARNING:  these are not usually your Nikko type RC cars... these can haul A$$!  (40mph or more with modifications)

    It is just the body.  You can put it on a battery powered car or nitro.  In the actual magazine, I can tell they have in on a nitro chassis.  The battery powered chassis can be very fast, but the potential is greater with the nitro.  Either way, it is one of those hobbies that can get very expensive. Usually a couple hundred to get started with the car and all the support equipment.  Good thing is that anymore the manufactures are putting together RTR (ready to run) kits that have everything you need to get running.  It is helping to get the prices down.

    Thanks for the info!  Do you know if they'll do a Challenger T/A or anything?

    This is cool that they have some muscle car stuff.  HPI also has the monster truck Cuda with Shaker or Blower.  Pretty cool but I like the AAR better!



    Nikko stuff is usually pretty slow.  I usually do Tamiya and Kyosho stuff.  I think it's time to unearth this stuff from the basement!!

    Actually, I picked up a Nikko 1/10th scale Viper a while back ago from Toys R Us for $75, Ready to Run.  The box was damaged but everything else was new.  Never ran it but it does come with a 540 motor so it is quick out of the box and assumably upgradeable.  Not sure if it has replaceable bearings but I think it does.  I'll have to check it out.

    I have no idea about a Challenger.  I would be suprized if they, or someone else didn't do one soon.
