    That last one is a true 69 Camaro that will be available as a reworked piece by I belive Chip Foose. They are scheduled to satrt selling at about 175,000 or something like that. It will be an awesome machine. Problem is they are buying all of the old 69's now to transform them into this. It will sell with a full warranty and all from what I have read.

    I also heard that GM due to financial difficulties has scrapped it's Camaro project. The belt tightening at GM has hit them hard and they plan to focus on improving their current lines. Very bad business decision in my opinion. If what they have now is not profitable, why continue with it? GM's take on the old addage? "If it's broke don't fix it." Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh, but I am an orphaned GM fan, they now have nothing besides the Corvette that appeals to me. To actually thinks as their President was quoted as saying, that "the malibu will more than hold it's own in the performance arena when matched against the new Mustang".  :roflsmiley:

    The first one might be a design sketch of the actual concept car that pictures were floating around of, looks close but the photos I saw were of a gun metal grey or silver car.  The second is the new Baldwin Motion Car from the SEMA show I believe that they are building much like the Eleanor clones, something Yearone and Unique Performance are involved in I believe.  There was a Rides special documenting the Chip Foose Camaro this last season that you might be able to catch in replays, I am not sure if that is the same as the Baldwin Motion car.  I am not sure they are buying up all the old 69 camaros for that because I think you can darn near by a complete 69 camaro from the aftermarket now.

    The first one I recognize as being done by a student at an art institute of some sort. he sent the drawings into Hotrod magazine and all of the readers fell in love with it. Hotrod later tried to get him an interview with one of the big three, but the fools kind of gave him the cold shoulder. Turns out HotWheels gave him a contract and he's working there now. Pretty talented guy. He had a few variations of it. You are correct in that Baldwin Motion is building the second one. I went back and checked it, had Foose in my mind after reading another thread. They are in fact real 69 Camaros, per the article.

    I finally saw the spy pics!  I did a google search for 2009 Camaro.  Found it on a japanese website of something.  Yes, it's a silver car.  It looks very interesting, in a good way.  Looks better than the concept drawing.  Sort has the cues of a '69:pocket type front end grill (sorta like '70 Challengerish), cowl induction hood, rear quarter gills just in front of the rear wheels.

    That '69 Foose Camaro, isn't it insanely expensive?  I think I saw a blurb in an Autoweek magazine.  Looks nice.  Just found it online.  Here's a blurb.  Let's see....how many 1970 Hemi 'Cudas can I buy for one of these.....

    Yes the silver car about half way down? the page or so is the one I saw on the LS1 website.

    Now is it me or does that roofline and sail panel look alot like the Challenger's?
