    1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

    The stripe on the 71 Foose chally is very similar to the non-AAR strobe stripe that was available on 70 model barracudas.

    My wife actually sent in an application to "overhaul" my 6-pack Cuda since it has been sitting ever since we met. I told her thanks for the concern, but if they ever contact her....Lock the freaking garage and gaurd it with her life until I can get on ebay and find a 318 70 Cuda for him to "overhaul".

    It seems the only way some musclecars are ever going to be finished is if someone like Foose steals the darn things and finishes them. The way that I see it is that a lot of the cars that they build were never going to be finished by the current owner. Most of those guys don't even make 30k a year.  A lot of people buy decent restorable cars, store them outside and pretty much eliminate that car from ever being driven again. There's a guy close by that owns probably 40 or 50 different musclecars that are just about beyond repair now. I can remember when they looked almost new.
    How many times have we heard...

    I see Foose as being a god-send for some people.

    You bring up a valid point Hotrod. I'd much rather see a car Foos-ified than left to rust. There was a big arguement on another board, about whose to tell someone what they can or can't do with their own car. Disintegrating back to iron ore is not an option to me!  :screwy:

     Well the way I see it is the ending result is up to the spouses or insiders...If he came at my wife with a sketch of the car I would not like she would make him eat it.  She knows what I like. Most of my friends do too.
     
     However in the event of a horrible catastrophe, I would take my 71 340 (original 318) car,sell it on ebay then buy a Hemi vert. Done im happy.  they are asking $175k for some of the cars they are building. so have at it. 
      to clarify,some of these cars are not gmachines...they are modern hot rods period...the only thing them big rims would turn at high speed is my stomach!   :screwy:                vin

    What I've noticed in this thread is that most of you guys that are against having your car Foosed don't even bother to show us how nice your car is now. Come on now...do you guys even own an e-body? We want to see these cars that are just too nice to Foosify.  :popcorn:

    I don't mind showing mine. I watch Overhaulin but there's no way I would want my Challenger customized.   The "ORIGINAL" look is why I wanted it to begin with.

    Sounds like the gaunlet has been thrown down. Here's a pic of my Cuda. As you can see, there's nothing Foose can do to improve this beauty!
