I have bought many parts from him in person at the mopar nats in Columbus,Ohio without a bit of trouble. Always had the little detail items I needed at a reasonable price.
Never made an online purchase from him. :2cents:

I started dealing with him 20+ years ago when he was dealing used parts from his house. It used to be mainly him and his his wife running the business and they are the ones with the bad attitudes/customer service but he may have other employees now.I won`t repost my whole story here but he pissed me off with his attitude one too many times and I will never do business with him again.I will always give someone a second chance as we all have bad days or make mistakes but I`ll spend my money elsewhere.

I bought a few things from him a few years ago and basically had the same attitude from the woman who answers the phones for him who knows absoultly nothing and is unwilling to try and help. After receiving feedback from other members here, I will not buy from him. We all need to stick together and put these lame business out of business. Penstar Reproductions is another to stay away from.

That would probably be his grupmy ar$e wife!  :swear: She's just as bad and together they make quite a team.

Jims an ar$e half, takes him and his wife to make an ar$e-whole.  :lol2:

WOW, I had no idea things were this bad! I'd rather pay a little additional money for a part if it means getting better service and a firm price, NOT this "Well, you'll find out the actual price after we've billed your credit card" crap. Arse-whole is right.

Well, I figured maybe if he saw this thread or the many others on other forums, he'd do something about the attitudes down there. Sounds like it's been going on for quite a while though. This can't be good for the bottom line. Imagine all of the advertising it would take to offset this example of word of mouth. That is the number one reason you must treat your customers right. If I were a business owner reading this thread about my business, I'd be very worried right now. Problem is...many times business owners blame it on the business or economy. They'lll change the company name to something else and continue operating in the same way. Then they'll wonder why it isn't profitable. Even if he's doing good...imagine how much better it'd be if they were'nt running off all this business.

His reputation is pretty widespread.... I know other threads here have appeared here about him. I live pretty close to him, and won't do business with him anymore. Anything he has can be found elsewhere and will be cheaper- guaranteed!!!!
