cooling options

i'm going to be replacing my 340 with a 440 and i am wondering about the cooling.  i currently have a 22" rad.  would a 4core 22" rad be sufficient or go to alum? another option would be changing the rad support and going to a 26". is this a big job?

it depends on a few things , how hot does it get where you are , how much power will you be making , most city or highway ?
 a high efficiency 22" May cool it , even without opening the hole up to 26" the extra capacity may make enough difference on a 26" , alum rads will transfer heat faster as well if the water is allowed enough time in the rad
 Kinda hard to say for sure what will work for you

were located in merritt British colombia canada, and the temp can go up to 30 degrees celcius.  the aprox hp will be 450 with mostly city driving.  i am leaning towards an alum rad. do you recomend any specific brand?
