Take apart a 4 bolt main 350. and take apart a 318. Compare the internal components. you'll be amazed at how weak the 350 actually is. skinny little main caps, skinny rods, just worthless.

so you gots you a mind blown 350 huh. somehow I dont think a 350 will impress me. oh ya, i have a built 440. and the arca car had about a 700 horse motor in it. it takes alot to impress me. a 350 just wont do it.

do we have a decoder ring for the young thug ebonics here? can i get one?

hey young guns...if that camaro is all original it's rare (for a camaro) since it's an RS/SS (both packages on one car.)
And there was a GM strike that year so chevy kept building the '69 body style into 1970 (now you know why there's so many of the '69's) until the strike ended and they brought out the new body style..they actually refer to them as '70 1/2 models.
Come on guys!...350 chevies (IF BUILT RIGHT!) are the bedrock of customs, hot rods, street rods,
and muscle cars all around the world (I have one of the very first ever built in my #'s '67).
And NOT just because they're cheap and plentiful.

the truth is ive owned all makes of autos including a 67 400 firebird that we dropped a vette 427 425 hp engine with a muncie wide ratio and i am very proud of the fact that car is still talked about in the town i grew up in.

I've always seen the chevy 350 as being a fantastic motor.  However the big block 454's were crap, they werent balanced at ALL on the lower end, so they would vibrate like CRAZY at higher RPM's.  Literally tearing themselves apart from the inside! And i would watch yourself buying classic 70's GM muscle cars.  most of the time you cant get a wooden nickle for them after you've pumped 6 grand into a resto.  They just aren't as rare as mopars and usually you can't get your money back out of them
