New Bee!
« on: December 13, 2005 - 09:29:59 PM »
Hi all...just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.

Although it's not an E body it tends to do all right... :bigthumb:

My first introduction to real MOPAR's was a ride at 16 in my neighbors 70 Challenger R/T Convert with a 340... :woohoo:

Thanks everybody.

I was a regular on moparts, but lately I have decided to spread my wings a bit.  The more I see challengers lately, the more I want one.  I am sure that you folks can relate.

The Bee has come a LONG way since 1999.  Now I just need to get it running as good as it looks! :pullinghair:

Actually, your 71 B body is a lot more like an E body than you might think. From the front floor pan forward, the 71-4 B's and E's share floor pans, front frames and suspension, even the inner front fenders are the same. Ma Mopar put a lot of $$ into the new e bodies, so one way of geeting some investment back was to utilize the e body front on the new b bodies.

Great looking Mopar, love the later B's, and thats a great color combo!

Ohh no this car ain't going anywhere.  I've put too much blood, sweat, and tears into it! :grinno:

I just want any challenger to keep it company in the garage.
