still have the shaker,5th or 6th pic blue hood laying on top of car is the original shaker.i didnt get the shaker when i bought the car in 87,but in 89 or 90 i bought the original shaker back for 2500 with a 440 six pack setup.had to buy as a package deal to get the hood back.sold the six pack with 1 phone call, wish i would have kept now have a 71 440 six pack motor with no vin.supposed to be a warranty motor.got 500 for the six pack back in 90,good money thenoh well still have the car.this was my first car i got her right out of high school.bought the car from a friend who had it for sale for 4500 for over six months, could not sell the car,so he took the hood, wheels, some trim off iand i got her for 2300 cash and a clean 70 barracuda that he gave me in the first place.total price was 2800 and he through in the keystone raiders.i couldnt get a loan fast enough so i was giving him 100 a week(i only made 125)because i had to have the car.mom finally got me a loan so i could pay for the a little easier(big thanks mom).did have a tunnle ram with 2 660 carbs on the 340 and the car ran flippin great.beat a lot of cars in my racing days.N O M in car now 69 340,do have a 71 340 for a later date.want to keep the 69 as it is already built and ready to go.so thats some of the history of this one, still trying to find more before i got her so stay tuned.love the site everyone is really great, hope to be a part for a long time, patrick
