    The stripe is an AAR stripe but we have a decal shop recreating the AAR badge to say 440 sixpack (similiar to this picture I doctored)





    I see you have the Coys C5's!  :thumbsup: I just bought the new Boyd Junk Yard Dogs, awesome looking wheels that I'm going to put on my Challenger.

    I might have misssed it, but would you post the particulars about your big block?   :bigthumb:  It looks like a very clean and tidy job.  :cheers:  Do you know the estimated power output?   :burnout:  Will you campaign it any, or just cruise in it?  :droolingbounce:  Nice car.............Oldschool

    1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

    I am not completely sure right now. My old man built the motor about 9 years ago and I didn't know much about anything back then. I will get the specs this weekend. What I know now is....

    balanced Late 60's 440 HP block .040 over
    ported closed chamber heads
    mechanical Mopar purple cam... not sure on the cam specs but I think it's Duration 296/ 296, Lift .557/ .557
    forged pistons, I'd guess around 10:1 comp
    M1 single plane (relpacing with a 6pack for show)

    As far as power... your guess would be much better than mine I'm sure.  :grinyes:

    Yeah, I stole the wheels off my Coronet for the pictures... I think we'll go with stock Ralleye wheels on it. I wouldn't mind the 17" reproduction Ralleye's but I dont think the polished finish on them look quite right.. we'll see

    You will have to get me some pictures of your car when the Junkyard Dogs are on it. They were one of the of the wheels I was looking at.

    Those and the coddington "fury"



    We'll see. I love the look of the stock ralleyes, I'm still leaning that route.

    The Fury are cool too! Gives the car a more modern look.

    Yeah, I've seen those. I just wish they had a painted center and the spoke holes were a bit larger.... I guess I could always slap some argent over the centers...
