Calendar Errors
« on: December 23, 2005 - 07:10:20 PM »
OK, so our first pass at the calendar wasn't without an error or two....doh!!  :banghead:

1.  January has a little problem in that it wants to relive the 12th over again which messes up the 2nd half of the month.  (Thanks for finding that one,  MEKrunner!)

2.  June's picture is JS27NOB's car, but the engine and owner's name is incorrect.

If you happend to catch any other's, please let us know so we can get them fixed in the next printing.  I'm sorry we didn't catch these before we had them printed.

2006 Calendar Mistake
« Reply #3 on: December 23, 2005 - 09:30:28 PM »
I owe everyone a huge apology.  I'm not sure who desrves the credit for catching our proofreading error but it has been brought to my attention that the January calendar has an error in it.  If you count the days you'll find on the 3rd Sunday the day is counted as 12 when it should be 15, then the counting continues.  Therefore the subsequent days are numbered incorrectly and there's actually an extra Wednesday at the end.

For anyone who wants a new calendar, please send me an email with your address and we will mail you replacements.

I'm pretty embarrased about this and offer you my most sincere apology.  Replacements will be mailed out as soon as possible

Email to : ron@thelettershop.com

Thanks.

Were all the mistakes corrected at the same time?

I think it's a good deal if you have your birthday on the 12th, just wish it had happened on the 22nd. We'll see which version I get when it arrives.  :clapping:
It'll be nice to get to sit down and look it all over.

ROMI,
I know there was a big rush to get these out for the Holidays, so any mistake is understandable. I feel bad for JS27NOB not getting recognition for his beautiful car. Other than that, I don't see any reason for mine to be replaced. I'll be disconbobulated for a couple of weeks in late January, but people will think that's normal for me.  :lol2:  I'm sure others will agree, this isn't a big deal. No need to replace mine.

Yea its fine with me mistakes and all so don't bother sending a replacement. Although I don't have mine yet. They sound pretty minor to me, Besides after January you won't notice the date mistake anyway.
