Is there any other location of the vin # on 70 'Cuda's besides on the dash frame?

It should be on the cowl and the radiator support.

Cowl and radiator support will have the last 8 digits only, not the full VIN. On the drivers door should be a 'safety compliance" decal that certifies the car complies with the applicable safety laws at time of manufacture....that should also have the full VIN of the car on it. These decals are readily available reproduction. If the car is matching #'s, the ID pads on the engine and transmission will also have the last 8 digits of the car's VIN stamped on them also.

Fender tag will also have the full VIN, but again these are available reproduction.
