My '72 Chally is also a mix of daily driver and weekend cruiser.
This is because i live in Norway, i got around half a year of storagetime during winter and early spring.
There's no way i'll expose my love for the brine on the roads during wintertime.
When the weather permits driving, i do it as much as i can.

As much as i can is exactly 4971 miles a year.
The special insurance deal for 30+ year old cars is really cheap, but it's limited to 8 000 kilometes, or 4971 miles.

I picked "weekend driver" although I do try to take the car out more often during nice weather.  I meet up with a bunch of Mopar people a few times a week at cruise night shows and then we usually find a place to hang out after the show, usually the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot.  We have our own special parking sectin so all of the Mopars can be together!  Boy do I miss summer!

Mine will be daily driver, but right now it never leaves the shop. Because it has no front  suspension, motor, interior etc. I cant wait until i get to drive it as much as possible.

The Beast lives in it's garage until I get a pretty day to drive it.  :burnout:  Wish I could drive it more, but it's probably best this way.  I appreciate it more this way.   :cooldancing:  .............Oldschool

I had to choose "Never leaves the garage" because it's still under restoration and hasn't been under its own power in quite some time now.  When completed, I'll probably consider it a weekend warrior because I'll probably not have enough time during the week to drive it.

The 73 hasn't run in 5 years(who knows before that) it will be driven whenever I can, don't commute to work(my van is in the drivway) so no ride to work :walkaway:
the 74 rattletrap i drive around the town, it's barley roadworthy & 20 tickets waiting to happen, i know most a the cops in town so unless I piss one off they hopefully won't write it (or me) up! when it's done, again whenever I can. Rich.

In the summer I usually just drive mine to cruiseins every weekend and maybe evey couple of weeks to work.  It hasn't been out of the driveway since it got cold about 6 weeks ago partly because it doesn't have a heater core. lol

I marked daily driver since thats what I bought and built the car for, But that is for my 69 charger which is a real handful to drive in the rain but oh so much fun. As soon as I get the challenger back to the way I had it before I sold it it will become my daily driver. I restoed it 12 years ago and thanks to the guy I sold it to its nicer than when I sold it and a great car to blast down the highways at 3am at full throttle.
What the hell it can always be restored again and with the way cancer runs in my family Im going to enjoy the cars I have and drive em the way I like and thats usually hard.

I only take my car on joy rides. Once I get it painted and get the bugs out hopefully I can drive it more.

I put mine down as a monthly driver. How ever, If it's nice out I will get it out almost every weekend and drive it uptown then bring it home and clean it, then park it in the back yard and have a few drinks and gaze upon it!!   :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes:

I would drive mine more than I do but insurance and Antique Plates stop me from doing it as I'm limited when and how much I can drive it.
