« on: December 30, 2005 - 08:10:06 PM »
Here are some pics of the trunk on my 70 hemicuda clone....now on to the interior and engine compartment!

I've also included a pic of the special order rallyes i had stockton wheel make up for me...anybody catch why i had to send them back? They looked great!  Oh well, I'll have them back in about 2 weeks.

Kinda tough to air em up without a valve stem, heh?

they are takin em back and fixing them ASAP

I did the jack post and taillite housings myself...Eastwood's almost CAD system....works pretty good.

hemi71, The trunk looks great. I was not sure what to do with my 70 Cuda tail light housings but I may try some of Eastwood's almost CAD system myself. Thanks for the update.

Actually, from the pics it almost looks the wheel centers are in backwards!

I had to get them made up with 3.5 inch BS to fit the Cuda and the b body dana 60....standard BS (4 .25") 7 inch rallyes make the tire (275-60-15) rub the leaf spring.

Guess they missed the last step in fabrication of the wheels....car is not going anywhere for the next 2-3 months till it gets finished, so no biggie.

Gotta work on more pics...next work is the front wheel wells, cleaning and detailing them and installing the front sway bar.

April, can i change my S/N and not lose my post count???

You can change your name but when you sign in you will still have to sign on as Hemi 71.  Needacuda just changed his name to gotacuda.  I changed mine for a short time after Carlisle, as per Chryco's request.  I had gotten such a sunburn that weekend that Chryco wanted me to change my name from AprilsPink72Cuda to "April's Pink") LOL.  I think you do it  in your profile.

Looks really nice Choppintime.  I resized your pics cause they were really big, which makes it hard for our dial up members.
