Cuda search
« on: December 31, 2005 - 02:22:19 PM »
Okay, anyone know of or have any restorable cuda's in Arkansas or nearby states?  Not looking for a $10,000 car, I'm not that wealthy, but just something a little better than what you see in my profile pic.

                                     Thanks, HSD

I emailed your friend, but haven't heard anything yet.  Where is the car located?

This car is located in Conway, AR. I know nothing about the car or the seller, I just saw this a day or 2 ago and thought I would pass it on.

Thanks!  That one for $3200 sold about a week ago.  I drive by that place quite often.  That car sat there for probably 6 months, and my wife told me to stop, and I said no I've always heard he wants a fortune for everything.  Well, I finally stopped about 3 days ago, and well it was sold.  Didn't know it sold for $3200 till now though! :banghead: The other one is a original 318 car but has a 440, rally gauges, white interior.  He told me he bought it from an old man and it was sitting out in the woods.  He paid the man and was coming back in 2 weeks to get it, and the old man hired a wrecker and drug it out of the woods trying to "help" him out.  Well, he helped alright.....crushed the lower front valance and lights up into the grill and busted the grill into pieces!!  :swear: Then had the nerve to ask the guy to pay $60 for the wrecker fee!!  Guy told him to stick his $60 up his a** he did more damage than that!!!  The old man said "what??  it's just an old car"  :dupe: After he told me that it, made me wonder how much he paid for it, since obviously the old man had no clue what he had!  Anyway, the car is in decent shape, but is gonna need more than rear quarters like the ad shows.  IMO it's not worth the $6900 he's asking.

You're welcome. I don't think I'll be able to afford a Mopar for quite some time, but I''m always on the lookout. I have 10 years of bodywork experience and would love to restore a musclecar, and in my opinion a Mopar is the best there is.

I'll keep you in mind if I happen to find anything.

Michele,
I sent him an email as well, but didn't want to call out of turn. If you happen to see/speak to him soon please let him know I might be interested as well. I live about three hours away from him.

Would you be interested in a 69 Cuda Fastback? 318, auto, PS, PB, A/C car? Excellent project. Runs good, and I really need to sell.
email me if you want to see some pics.
