Glad the trip was as you would of liked it?  There has to be some more stories though, right?  How far can she lay rubber, how fast did you have her up to etc.

Like everybody here.....looks super, I love the smooth finish and lines, and wide offset rear rims. Can we nominate you and your car for the role of Kowalski in Vanishing Point 3?

Yeah I second JS27N0B's thoughts...do tell us all the gooey details on how it ran, performed, and how it felt being pushed back in the seat so hard!  :woo:

Picture the car in Reno or Las Vegas during a summer sunset.....I can imagine that car cruising through the strip with all that neon reflecting off of the smooth white paint. What a great photo op right there!

Take your time detox'ing yourself before you drive Lucy, not taking any chances...all that power is easy to wrangle loose....it happened to me once in a 5.0 stang one morning after a night of drinking, spun out during a left turn, hit the divider curb bent my rim and busted my tire.  :banghead:  Not only that, a friend of mine rolled his '92 GMC Typhoon off a wet slick road into a ditch at 5 AM New Years' morning two years ago, he survived without a scratch or being busted for DUI but the 500hp modded truck did not.  :eek4:

Take it easy, happy new year to you and Lucy!  :clapping:

WHOA!!! Thanks everyone!!!  :o  Most of you have seen her from beginning to the final product.  :dogpile:

Nope, I only nailed her about 3 times and she went like there was no tomorrow!!  :grinyes: :woohoo:
Didn't do any burnouts or fast take offs as I am trying to run her in true for plenty of years good solid driving a head.

Sounds fantastic and I lost count of the thumbs up and draw drops I got, not blowing my own trumpet, but that's what happened.
Guys coming up at gas stations, on the street....even when I'm not there and across the road people walking around the car etc

I will take her out soonish once I'm fresh and detoxed to find some nice lone roads, I like the shots where the cars are parked in the middle of the road, reminds me of driving in American highways or something. Like a couple of "Greeens" photos in the members ride sections.

Thanks once again for the kind words, the resto was long but very well worth the money, time and stress......

NOW, on to my Cuda.  :naughty:

For anyone interested......

I've drawn a photo over a North Island Map of New Zealand for the trip.......

The Pink = The 7-1/2 hour trip (15 hour+ total)
The Green = The trip for a day to the mount
The Blue = The spot where I took my photos

Wow, Coast to Coast!   :nzflag: Aren't roadtrip reports the best thing you can read on any car webboard? I sure think so.  :jumping:
