I've seen both the rocker mouldings and the lower grill part on ebay from time to time;  just be patient and look at least once a week. Good Luck

No problem, I think the key to a succesful search on ebay is using the correct keywords to search;  although you will get results by typing in "cuda" or "e body"  as a  search parameter you can narrow your search using keywords that you are looking for i.e. "rimblow" and even checking the keyword and description option for even greater results. Using a "*" after a search word will look not only for a "belt" but every derivative of that word too such as "belts" and "beltdrive".

Are you looking for the thin stainless rocker moulding or the gill style?  I have a set of stainless for cheap as I went with a set of gill style.
2nd place is for the 1st place loser!

I was looking for the stainless ones as to the best of my knowledge the gill style ones only came on the 70 models and I kind of want to keep it somewhat original as it's a 71 billboard car.
How wide are your stainless ones and did they actually come off a cuda/challenger? Let me know what kind of shape they are in and how much you want to part with them. I see year one still sells the gilled fiberglass ones.

Hey Woody,  your car looks nice! Did you put a set of locking hood locks on it? I have a set with the round key but haven't put it in yet as the backing washers are too big to fit in the hood without cutting them down.

Hood Locks:
What I have on the car now is just the pins for locking the hood down. I never leave the car unattended, it's either locked in my garage or I'm with it, so I am not too concerned about anyone checking under the hood Etc... I would like to know a little more about the hood locks you are talking about, sounds like a real good idea if leaving a car someplace.
P.S. Thanks for the comment on the car...it's just like a member of the family!!!

I got my locking ones from my local speedshop but anyone carrying Mr. Gasket can order them. I've even seen the locks at Kragen. They have a round tumbler type lock similar to the ones on vending machines. The hole for the lock will be bigger than the stock pin hole,  and the backing washer is too big to fit under the hood to support the top side of the lock. I'm thinking of cutting the backing washer down to fit because I don't want to hole saw under the hood to get the washer through.

We have those hood locks on our car...I thought it came from the factory like that??  Anyway, I always had a concern about driving around with them locked.  If a fire ever broke out in the engine bay...it would take a while to open...IIIIFFFF I ever got it opened.

That's true,  but I guess you could just lock them when you're going to be away from the car as you'd lock your doors. The extra security seems like it's worth it to me as my car will not be a daily driver. Now I just have to figure out how to make a self ejecting seat so if anyone's butt but mine ever sits in my driver's seat,  it'll shoot 'em out the top. My car will be burgular proof!!
