    Totally not Mopar!

    OK, this has nothing to do with mopars.......my bowling team won the first half of our league tonite....we were in 2nd place 1 game back....we won the first two game in knockdowns (against the first place team by 112 pins) then held on in game 3 to win total pinfall and the first half of the league by ONE pin!!!!!!

    I've been bowling for over 30 years, and never won a half season by that small of a margin!

    Well since were talking sports...did anyone catch the Orange bowl and the Rose bowl? Killer games.

    Congratulations Hemi71!!!  I love bowling...just not any good at it!  :grinyes: 

    The Rose Bowl last night was an awesome game!  Our Georgia Bulldogs were not so fortunate as Texas on Monday night agains West Virginia.  :(

    Congrats Hemi71, on the topic of sports, I guess most you guys on the board aren't as excited as I am about the world Juniors games on tonight. We both had great teams!!

    Thats great hemi71 . . . we only tried that half season stuff once and didn't care for it!  I bowl 2 time a week and enjoy it alot.  I have a 201 on one league and a 197 average on the other.  Sound like you're doing well!!  Good bowling!!   :cheers:

    I only bowl once a week now....used to bowl in three leagues at my peak. Just have other intrests now (like mopars!). Average is at 202 right now....still looking for that elusive 300...299 is my high. Most all leagues i've been in split up the seasons into 1/2's. If your team gets buried early, at least you have a chance to start over in the second 1/2 of the season.
