Definately aftermarket seats! Do I see a/c vents?  What's your vin #?  That will give us somewhere to start.

Of course we'd have to say Cragar S/S wheels are a great option!   I know- not what you're looking for.   ;D

That steering wheel was an option. I need to replace one of those.

Mustang seats, and looks like the dashpad is red or orange in a previous life...trunk spoiler screams FURD!!! Take it off!  :nono:

One option (could have been added at a later time, not originally) is the center console. Only the data plate or broadcast sheet will tell the true story. Have you pulled the carpeting, rear seat and package shelf to see if any sheets are underneath?

Whats the VIN tag on the dashpad say? If it starts with BS, thats a Cuda, if BH, thats a Barracuda. If not there, look for it on the drivers door jamb, it might have been painted over, carefully remove the paint to reveal the door tag.

Keep us posted what you find out!

Definately need more pics and #s.

I've never seen a shifter like that in an E-Body.  Is that from a '66 Charger or something?

Definately a nice project.

Would I be correct to say that if the rear valance is original that it was a /6 or 318 car to begin with?  (No cut outs for exhaust tips.)  Non Rallye dash but I think 'Cudas could come through with the base dash.  Does it have front disc brakes?  What year is this? A '70?  (Sorry, not as familiar with 'Cudas!)

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Pic #2 and 3 of my ARII 1/24 scale model car

Phil in New England-Massachusetts  Always thank God for what you have!

Looks like base barracuda...1970.
No cuda tail moldings.
No gran coupe tail moldings.
No cutouts, but then again some cailifornia cudas didn't hace cutouts either.
But remember, the car is 36 years old and many things could have been changed.
We need the vin to tell more, the vin will give you the model, year and engine.

Looks like a great start to me.
Lot of people would give anything just to have a 70 barracuda.
1971 Cuda, Tor-red, Bench seat
1971 Cuda Drag Car
1973 Cuda Clone, EFI/OD Limelight
1970 Superbird (Yes, it's real) Black Ice
1971 Barracuda Sassy Grass Green (sold)
1970 Challenger RT SE 383 Plum Crazy
1969 Road Runner Hardtop
1968 Road Runner Coupe (sold)

After reading a few of your posts your car is a base Barracuda with a 383 4 barrell. As far as options go without finding a biuld sheet somewhere in the car(have you looked in all the regular spots?) you will have to dig into the car to try and tell what is factory and what was modified, added or removed. The original color of the exterior and interior might be underneath the current color or inside or underneath where they may not have painted and back side of interior panels if dyed.Check rear valance for matching original paint to see if turndown exhaust was factory.Check inside trunk lip and quarters for filled moulding holes  etc,etc..... Keep digging and let us know what you find and we`ll help figure out most of the options it came with.

It looks like the car was originally red???  It also looks like the dash might have been red also and dyed black???
