Tara Update and My 'Cuda in an Add
« on: January 06, 2006 - 09:31:34 PM »
Tara news:  She is home and doing much better.  I put all your kind notes and well wishes in a nice folder and sent them to her.  I told her it was on the way and she's looking forward to it.  Not sure when she'll model again.  I may do a shoot with her in the Boston area early in the year.  If you have a mopar in the area and want to see her lying on your car...let me know.

Now...back on topic.  The attached is an add featuring my convertible that is either running or will run in in several magazines this year.

Sbird426 thats amazing!! You have a beautiful car there. Just out of curiosity how do you get all the publicity on your car, is it just cuz you do a lot of photo shoots, or cuz your car is down right awesome!!!   :droolingbounce:

Glad to hear Tara is doing better.

sbird- good to hear Tara is on the mend! I'm not far from Boston, so I'd be MORE than willing to have her decorate one of my rides.  Congrats on your Cuda layout as well- lookin' sharp!

I've joked with the Year One staff that the reason they use my car so much is because I bought so many parts from them.  In reality it just so happened that I had the car in their lot when one of their VP's drove up.  Right place at the right time.  They've used it several times since then.

I've used their facility for a photo shoot before, but other than that there is no tie between the car being used there and the modeling shoots I've posted here.

Thanks.  I don't know her all that well but that news bothered me a great deal.  Perhaps its because I have a daughter that age and know how I would feel if something happened to her.

If you're serious about having her pose with your car (or anyone else in the Boston area) shoot me an email at sbird426@yahoo.com    When I know more about where or when I'll get in touch.  We should be able to squeeze in a quick session with her before or after the session.   She is a natural posing with cars.  Was just on the December cover of one of the biker magazines.
