Which don't look too bad, the VIN ones or the CC ones? To answer your question, the CC ones aren't available any more!
It did seem odd that all four were available, right? So I snapped them up for $41 each. Monogrammed Mopars!
But now I am suffering from buyers remorse and reckon that I might appear a bit of a wanker. The VIN plates are starting to grow on me, and no, nobody has taken the exact ones I need. (yet) (gulp)
If I feel too embarrassed when I put the nameplates on, I can always take them off, and revert to the VIN plan, hanging the CC plates on the garage wall.... I don't imagine there are too many guys in California with St. Louis-built 318 verts that want to advertise that fact on the plates, so BH27G0B is probably safe for a while!
Although that is what appeals to me about that plan, for anyone who goes, 'holy crap is that a real hemicuda vert?' or 'who's he trying to fool with that clone?' the plates are putting it right out there, but way cooler than saying "REAL RT" or "A CLONE" (both of which are available...) I can't believe everybody doesn't do the VIN thing, when I thought of it I was, like, duh! Obvious!
