Right hand drive cuda?
« on: January 13, 2006 - 09:26:25 PM »
At Cudaworld.com under pictures of 71 cudas is a red/white 71  440-6 AT with right hand drive. Were many of these made for export? Does anyone here in the states have one. I wonder if  any were available with 4 spds. That would definantly be different.

They never made RHD E-Bodies, no market for them.

That makes more sence that it is a conversion. I had never seen  or heard of one before. Looks like he put a lot of work in changing things around.

Ahhhhh, that looks great! RHD, easier to overtake down these ways.
I would love Lucy to be RHD, but it would take the originality away from the car.
Besides, it's quite good having LHD....... :naughty:

Hate the chrome rallye wheels, they look cheap.  :eek4:

LOL!!  :lol2: Good try ROMI.
The ignition, indicator not too mention the speedo and gauges are around the wrong way.

There are a few RHD E-Bodies out there.
Just takes a little time and a lot more patience to pull it off.

Yeah, I'll say. The left side.

Africa, England, Australia, half of Europe, New Zealand must be wrong.

LOL!! It's all good mate, it's basically half and half with RHD and LHD.
Just, more LHD in America.  Doesn't bother me, I drive both and love both equally.

Down here the only problem with LHD is trying to over take.  :sly: :22yikes: :lol2:
