Do you know if this is a factory shaker car, it would be very rare to have a shaker on an R/T SE :2thumbs:

on an old internet side (already removed) someone wrote of appr. 280 cars (7,5%) Challenger R/T S/E with gator tops. I can't believe the numbers, seems a little bit to high.

Is that 7.5% or 7 to 5 %, what was the actual total of R/T SE made then ? :clueless: Gator tops are rare, even at that 280 cars, so that is around the total amount, no-way that many survived, so that could be a real number maybe :thinkerg: :dunno:

I meant 7.5%. Total production of R/T SE was 3979.

Well part of the difference is all R/T SE cars have vinyl roofs so even at only 5 % there would be a lot

Thanks Culvers :2thumbs: Out of 3979 R/T SE's in total and at 7.5% is around 298 cars, 7.2% is closer to 280 cars, but even 5% is around 199 cars. These could be real numbers, as we all know that Gator roof's were available, so if you break up percentages between the Black roof, White roof and the Gator roof, these could be feesable numbers :dunno: I wonder what the ratio would be between Black roof and White roof R/T SE's :clueless:

I have a friend I've known for over 20 years that has an RT/SE. He got the car for practically nothing from a teenage kid about 20 years ago. Now he has some health issues and is wanting to sell it. I know I could get it for 12-14K as we've already discussed price. It's all original except for the engine. I would really like to have it but don't have the funds. I am trying to think of what I could sell to get it. There's always room for another Mopar!  :woo:
