Got my bucket seats back for 70 Cuda
« on: January 16, 2006 - 11:10:03 PM »
I picked up my bucket seats today from the upholstery shop and put the seat frames and related latch parts on them. I also got the top and bottoms bolted together. I used legendary new covers and seat foam as my foam was pretty broke down. The guy who put my seat covers on said he would of rather built up my old foam than used the new foam as it's not made exactly like the original and takes some modifications to use. This was why I took the seat covers and foam to him as I could not see how to make everthing fit when I tried to put them on. I did the back seat myself and was very easy to install but the front buckets ended up costing me $200.00 to get the covers installed using the new foam. I'm glad it's done and I took a couple pictures so everyone could have a look. Now all I'm waiting on is my door panels to get delivered which has already took 4 months and I'm still waiting on them.

Your seats turned out great!  We did our seats ourselves, but it cost Redline a broken finger...
