cuda stripes
« on: January 17, 2006 - 10:07:16 PM »
I have been thinking about putting stripes on both of my cars and would like to know all my options.  I would like to know what stripes were available for round taillight cuda's!  Here is one I saw today!  I like it . . what years was this one for??   :dunno:   Looks like it says 1972.   Is this a stock stripe??

I'm good moparclown!!  My car is below and I'm thinking about the stripe on the above car . . . only in black.  But I know there are other stripes for those years 72-74 or round taillight cuda's.  Once I figure out what my choices are, I'm going to do a poll to see what everyone thinks.  I'm curious which stripe is for the 73 and I would like to stay with the proper year.

1972 is correct. I like this one (1973 stripe) better with round tail light Cudas

So the 73 stripe didn't curve on the bottom of the stripe.  Interesting!  What about the 74 stripe??

I like the '72 stripe better as it has that kick up as it hits the rear quarter.  The '73-'74 stripe is nice but it looks a little more plain, IMO.  Even though your car is a '73, you don't have the bumperettes so it looks like a '72.
