Here's another one we did specifically for "pump fuel" in late/05. Done others W/high comp/INDY/Roller, but they're too much for the stock blocks eventually, need a 2 yr block "cycle out" program on those. This one will live forever !

'74 "roach" 360 block
SCAT/Mopar Crank @ 4.00" stroke
EAGLE I-beam rods
Wiseco Forged Pistons/Moly Rings
Clevitte brg's throughout
ARP mainstuds
INDY 360-1 Cylinder heads and "Kit", includes EVERYTHING from block "UP"
 Solid Flat Tappet Cam 246/251
750 carb

Only "cute" labor stuff was a minor bowl cleanup on the heads, Machined Chamber Radius for more CC volume to 10.9:1,(pump fuel), usual "fiddlefrig" around to clear oilpump. Crossover oiling mod & drill main feeds, Other than that we might as well been building a stock engine. Real easy stuff !

Put it on the dyno,

Presto ! Fart with the carb a bit, and 545 hp/540 torque ! Lots left we're sure, but we weren't looking with THAT CARB, only trying for 525 anyways. Nice "useable" curves from 3-6500 rpm.
Done, finished, and home in time for dinner !

Sounds very interesting.  Do you still have a dyno slip?  It would help a lot if you could post that.  We are supposed to provide some kind of proof like a dyno slip or a track time slip along with any engine combos.

I need some serious help with posting this kind of stuff, as I'm just not that 'puter literate. Would it be possible for me to photo of the Dyno sheets with a digital camera, and email the photo for someone to post. That I know, I can do. LOL !
I don't have a scanner and don't need one otherwise, so this seems to be the best approach.
Any takers ?

1975 360 block ,bore 70 over.
Mopar /crank 4.00 stoke
Lunati 6.250 rod (great rod angle) c/p piston 13.0
W5 heads 2.08 intake 1.62 ex. ported to the max .M1 big port intake
Flying toilet alk. injection.
Lunati roller cam 312/ 640 lift
On the chassis dyno.( Rear tires)  515 hp @6700

Yes , Umm Maybe ... the cranks are available from Mopar & others , rods are no problem & just need a custom piston , not sure if a "kit" is available

Mancini Racing has them, from with cranks from Mopar, Eagle and Callies.

Does anyoe know if a 416 or 408 stroker require any clearancing on the block or is it all just the basic stuff.

not entirely sure , I would expect some clearance issues even if only spacing the windage tray down a little

No Block clearancing req'd, some issues around the Oil pump if studding the mains, and of course as mentioned the windage tray rework.

The SB Stroker Dyno sheets should be up on the website soon, search "dyno plus services", thats the independant Dyno Service we use to test all engines these days.

I know you may not see this post because it is old but I thought I would throw it out there. You guessed it, I've got some questions for you.

Did you end up with a cast crank from Scat or is it forged?
Did you buy a kit or piece this stroker together?
What is the bore on the motor?
Can I ask how much you paid for the setup (separate Parts & Machine work, if you could)
