Lucy - Real World Photos
« on: January 18, 2006 - 10:56:41 PM »
Took Lucy for a drive, first time in about 1 week.  :22yikes:
I took a few photos in the driveway, real world photos...no scenic sights or river scenes.

Just what I see daily.

Cheers,
Carl

PS: You said I could post photos of her, to those who are sick of Lucy, sorry.  :lol2:

Once again, mean looking with the springs you have on there!

I see steel door lockbars and steel cages in that garage to keep thieves out......good work! I should do the same!

All I need is video surveillance which is on order. Can never be too safe, I ain't taking ANY risks.  :grinno:

Thanks Bowhunter, thanks very much. Also cheers to everyone else for the kind words.

You guys should definitely secure you garages if you haven't already.  :dupe:
One lock didn't quite justify the time, money spent, and love given to Lucy.

Yeah, the internet is great. You can probably tell, but it was my twinbrother that took that picture. He takes great pride in his Mustang, a real nice car, much nicer than my Barracuda, at least until I get mine on the road again. Not to hijack your thread, but here are some more pictures of it.

Do you have any friends that drive musclecars, or are you the wierdo with the old car?  :screwy:  Me and my brother are the only guys at our age to drive musclecars in my hometown. Get a lot of thums up though, and when we drive by they always want us to do burnouts... Guess V8 beats ricers any day.  :roflsmiley:

Nope, all my friends have V8's....smallest one being a 5L.
Australian Fords and Holdens though, I'm the only one with American Muscle. They love it though.

They all know her as Lucy.  :bigshades:

Great photos, I'm not a big Fan of Mustangs but that sure is a sweet looking ride.
That sunset photo is awesome!!!!! I have to get one like that!!!

Cheers,
Carl

They all have V8 .. guess standards are diffrent down under than here. Kids have jap or euro cars. Even if they are Audi and BMW's they are still only 2L engines. You got to be the leader of the pack with that American Iron! :villagers: Sure, no of your friends packs 7.2L, like Lucy does?  :wavingflag:

Btw, the sunset image was just to cool, the lightning that evening was just unbelivable. Took lot of pictures, unfortantly the Barracuda was at home, and we were riding the pony when we figured it would be ideal to take some nice pictures. There was a wee bit of rain in the air to. The picture you see was taken with a regular digital camera, no filers or photoshop or anything, just a friends highbeam lights pointed at the car to get that bling in the rims and chrome.
