Thanks fellas, you all are definitely confidence boosters 
 I just couldn't live with seeing this one getting crushed  This one was calling me from the minute I saw it. I hope it works out, and I am able to snag this one. I was hoping to save both 69s, but the coupe is a bit too far gone  for me at least. I'm sure someone could snag that one for little or nothing. I'll post pics of that one when I get a chance.

Triple Black or Double black would be plain bad-ar$e!!!!

For $500?? How could you say no to that??  I've seen cars in much worse condition hedkace. This will be a cinderella story for sure and I will love to watch this one come back!

Torred, I was actually going to call the guy up, and ask if he wants to make a package deal, and I'll flatbed both 69s back to Worcester. The Coupe was FULL of parts inside that I've been thinking may help me out bigtime. I'll post up some pics in a new thread. This one's a bit congested, no thanks to me already   
 If I do pick both up I'll gladly give up whatever you need.

Thats a good idea, if he doesn't want too much for the coupe, you can probaably make out.  A parts car is always a good thing to have around.

check and see about grills for a 69 very hard to get it took a long time for me to even find a passenger side for mine and i still had to repair it.

Grills for ANY second gen are hard to find.  Also, they don't repop fenders, except fiberglass ones, and don't have any repoped 1/4s at all, but, they DO make fender patch panels for the area behind the wheels, and they also make lower 1/4 patchs.  Interior trim is also fairly hard to find (luckily for me, I have all of mine).  They don't repop much of anything specific for these cars.  Not enough of a following, I guess...

Thanks guys on the heads up about parts availability for these A bodies. The E bodies, no sweat as far as familiararity, but the A body is a whole new creature. 
 By the way, could you please let me know what"s a fair price for a grille setup for these. I've been looking at this one. I know it still got a few days left.
