    Plastic, LOL.  If you notice, they both look like the same thing.  Should I just assume the more expensive one is better?

    Hahahahaha, My friend John was here with me when my parts came in today and he was disgusted when I said the pistons were "so pretty"!  LOL

    Seriously, it's not like you will ever wear either of them out. It's just that billet looks so darn nice, most people go that way. I believe the pulleys on 4C's engine in his vert are billet(just an example).

     ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)  April, you sound like my sister when she said my car's color was "pretty".  It's not pretty, but bold and masculine instead.

    I'd say go with the True Roller chain that's listed first.  The prices aren't too bad on either of them, so you may as well get the better quality unit. :cheers:

    I don't know why you didn't opt for a Pete Jackson noisy gear drive assembly for that 340.  I'm looking forward to hearing the winding and closer timing accuracy achieved by the gear drive unit. :grinyes: :biggrin:  People will think it has an underhood hair dryer hooked to it, but it'll be all engine!!! :grinyes: :thumbsup:

    from the desciption it looks identical
     the Chain has to be better quality on the first one , I am used to paying just under $100 for a top quality set so the fist one is in the typical range , I would use it

    That's what I did Chryco.  Now all of my parts have been ordered!  I went to drop off a few more things today and got to see the motor all nice and clean.  He bored the block today.  It should be ready to go and be balanced tomorrow.  This is really moving right along.   :clapping:
