decifer my broadcast sheet.
« on: January 25, 2006 - 06:27:53 PM »
As some of you may remember I found my broadcast sheet under my rear passenger side carpet and it was glued to the floor. Over time the glue has destroyed all but the upper right hand corner. The car will be going out for body and paint next week and I will loose what remains of the broadcast sheet. I have taken some pictures of it and have transfered what numbers I was able to read. Now I need help in decifering the information I have .
Can anyone help?

Hey Richard, owe ya an email....havent gotten the stuff from GG yet, but was planning to write you when I got them to tell you some more.

You can fill in some info off your fender tag on the sheet. One of the things I found interesting was the wheel selection. Black painted wheels with code 24 covers? My car has FC7 purple dog dish'ers and that is code 89. So I wonder what type of wheel covers could be on this R/T?

Ya you do owe me one.

I am now real curious about the wheel covers. Do you have a picture of Black painted wheels with code 24 covers? Anybody?

Great idea on the fender tag.
let me know when you can about GG.

Here's the best I could do to recreate your sheet from your fender tag I have a picture of. The only areas I would have someone double check are the V1W and V6X color code placements. If the red print is in a box with your writing on it, disregard that written value, and consider only the red numbers typed in.

Consider yourself lucky to have a LA plant car with a broadcast sheet...most came out of that factory without one.

Ah!! Wheel problem solved....you are the proud owner of a R/T equipped originally with Magnum 500's!!  :clapping: :woo:

Code 24 denotes trim rings, road code 63 denotes Magnum 500's, and spare 16 is the black painted 14x6 spare in the trunk.

Nice!!  :clapping:

What kind of wheel would a code 74 be?
